Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY;

We hope you're pleased with your purchase from Sergar Creative, but we understand there are sometimes occasions when you change your mind.
Please read our policy details for physical and digital products in full below, but in summary;
If our books have not been in your possession for more than 14 days then we are happy to refund or exchange, provided books are returned undamaged and as sold, using the original packaging. If it is not possible to use the original packaging, please ensure that books are sufficiently packaged and cushioned to provide protection, so that they arrive with us in good condition.

You are expected to pay return carriage costs and we recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

 

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with physical books and other physical products purchased from our online store, we will refund the value of the goods supplied as long as it meets the conditions laid out below.. 

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. 

To cancel your order, please e-mail us at info@sergarcreative.co.uk with your order number. A refund will be issued once we have received the item.

The purchase price of the item will be refunded. Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any postage costs incurred (unless the order is faulty or incorrect).
You will be required to return the goods UNUSED and in their original packaging.

You will be required to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them.

You will be required to pay for postage and obtain a proof of postage certificate and email this to info@sergarcreative.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to return.

Sergar Creative will have 14 days from receipt of the returned goods to execute a refund via the original payment method, assuming that goods are returned UNUSED and in 'as sold' good condition and the correct postage for return was applied.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

We do not offer a refund policy for our ebook products unless the digital content is faulty. Please email info@sergarcreative.co.uk if the digital content is faulty and we will arrange a replacement.
